We have a Windows 2003 Server, running a tw-factor token-based user

authentication application, that recently has begun crashly fairly often. We

get the following

 

System Failure: Stop error

 

0x0000007e (0xc0000005,0xba50345c,0xb96557d0,0xb96554cc)

 

Anyone got any ideas on what this could be caused by?
