Can't See My Counter Logs

I like to run counter logs on my Win2003 servers.

 

On two of my servers when I save the log settings and try to see the data

using IE I get a security stop and IE will not open the htm file. It tells me

to added the "site" to trusted sites. When I try that I get another error

that tells me the site must be https.

 

My other servers just give me a yellow bar warning but allow me to continue.

 

How do I fix the servers that will not allow me to open the htm file with IE?
