Vista stuck in Error Recovery Mode

Symantec found a virus on my machine and needed to reboot Vista to

completely clean it. After Vista rebooted, the Vista login screen

said I was in "Error Recovery Mode". After I logged in, it didn't run

my network login script and I had to login to the network manually.

Now it seems I cannot get out of Error Recovery Mode. Everytime I

reboot or the screensaver comes up (password protected) the login

screen says I am in Error Recovery Mode. How do I get Vista out of

Error Recovery Mode?
