Posted June 7, 200915 yr On the same hard disk, I've noted that the UI for sharing of different sub-directories within the same hard disk is slightly different. I checked within Folder Options > View > User Sharing Wizard is checked, so I would have assumed that both shares would have to follow the UI for the 2nd sub-directory. The hard disk was previously configured on Windows XP, and, might have retained some of the sharing settings for the first share.
