I used to have, but I changed my theme and now when I go back into themes

aero is not there. I have vista home premium and all of the requirements are

met as well.

Hello,

what will happen if you try the following?

Right-click your Desktop -> Personalization -> click "Window Color and Appearance"

->

* click "Open classic appearance properties for more color options" and click Windows Aero

* in the "Window Color and Appearance", check "Enable Transparency"

Details???

It could be that the option/program/procedure/hack you used to change the

theme overwrote/deleted/hid the Aero Theme.

Words, if you didn't make the change too long ago, you might try using

System Restore to take you back to a time prior to having installed the

theme All Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore. While System

Restore is designed to only restore system settings and the registry to a

specific point in time, you should have your data well backed up prior to

running it.
