I had a problem in deleting an entry ( In uninstall or change a program )

....... I accidently deleted a program without uninstalling it after which

this problem arised........

Reinstall the program, and then uninstall it cleanly using Programs and Features Control Panel item.

Reinstall it, then uninstall it properly.
