blue screen whe msn dial up is used

I'm having a problem with Vista home premium and MSN dial up. For some strage

reason when I try to log onto the internet using msn dial-up the box that

would normally be the sigh in box is a light shade of blue with the letters

MSN on the upper left hand corner. If anyone know how to fix this please give

me a yell at dcfox01@msn.com. I am running Vista Home premium on a notebook

using msn dial up as my ISP. Thanks for any kind of help as use this

computer for work and when it's down so am I pretty much.
