Diskeeper reports that my MFT is 98% used and fragmented.

It suggests I let it increase the size of the table.

Is this a good idea, or should it be left alone ?

Leave it alone.

Windows will manage it.

I increased mine with no problems. Afterwards I checked with Diskeeper and

they said it isn't really important...or words to that effect, if the MFT

becomes fragmented, but I just got fed up with Diskeeper constantly warning

about it.
