Program borders

[Guest Steve]

Some of my programs open with a blue border on the right side, about a

quarter inch in from the edge. Can't drag over to fill screen, looks

like there's some sorta large tab there. Is this one of the

Appearance items somewhere?

Whenever I dwell for any length of time on my own shortcomings,

they gradually begin to seem mild, harmless, rather engaging little things,

not at all like the staring defects in other people's characters.
