Whenever I try to open Defender I get and application Error:

 

"Application failed to initialize:0x80070006. The Handle is invalid."

 

When I try to download it and reinstal, it says Vista has it!

 

Please help, I also started Windows Narrator, and now its in the starpup, I

guess, Can not turn it off.

 

Please help. Note I also have the OneCare service...
