XML Tool that will Import/Export Roles

Hello Everyone,

I have been looking for a tool that will import an XML file into a 2008 server that adds roles. I know I can use the ServerManager tool, but I'm told there is a tool that can import selected roles, and also exports roles that exist on a server to an xml file.

 

Has anyone heard or knows of this tool?
