Recently I have been getting an error message when running certain programs

on Windows XP Home Edition. The error is "Protection Error: 103". When I ran

a program this error popped up and closed the program. I thought it was just

a problem with the program itself so I left it alone. Then a few weeks later

it started popping up in other programs, such as Internet Explorer. And now

it will show up while a program is running and not just when I am starting it

up.

 

If anyone knows of a solution, please help me out.

    I would like to add that I tried reinstalling the programs, updating my

    drivers, I send my dxdiag to various techies but they all sent me here. I

    think that it may be my Video Card, but I am not sure.
