I cannot validate Windows. I cannot access the ActiveX page. I cannot access

the Diagnostic site.

    That did not work. On running diagnistics I get this and then still can't

    validate my Windows.

     

    Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Results

    Passed Active scripting allowed

    Passed Display images enabled

    Passed Computer time and date correct

    Passed ActiveX enabled

    Failed Windows validation ActiveX loaded

    Failed Office validation ActiveX loaded

    Failed Validation Self-help ActiveX loaded

    the link should provide the mgadiag.exe file that should diagnose genuine

    software.

    There are known errors with the download of this file:
