    Yes, that honor belongs to a communications guy in Mexico. I don't recall

    his name at the moment.

    Yes, Bill has been giving his money away to charity, so he probably

    isn't the richest man in the world anymore, in cash. I imagine he is

    pretty happy anyway, with the good his money is doing others.
