I am constanting getting two error messages on two ".exe" files that I have

no idea what they are. The error message is "Application failed to

initialize" "Press to cancel". The two unknown appliations are:

NOTIFYALERT.EXE AND RNG.EXE. Also this address is displayed with the errors

messages: (Oxc0000135). Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    A quick Google for "RNG.EXE" tells me that RNG.EXE and NOTIFYALERT.EXE

    belong to a Dell Support help application. Here's a link with details:
