May I change motherboard´s if so even hotplug it with windows installed on a

STRIPE/0 or do I have to buy a new OEM Windows program and toss both

motherboad and OS.I read the OEM manual and came to up and downgrading

and swapped instead,I rather ask here at the newsgroup I get even tired

reading the OEM manual it´s so restricted.

I finally burned the bridge under the Grafic card. The wires to the cooler on

the grafic card, had burned to a metallic plate on it and shorten the wires,so

that it

had stopped it´s rotation, meanwhile I accidently forgot to attach the front

12mm

intake and a rear outblowing cooler had stopped in the heat, and there must

have

become so hot that the bridge down under have died because when I laid a hand

It were much to hot,I found the incident by BSOD´s 2 minuttes after turning

on the

computer.I have hotplugged the windows on a raid on another motherboard(same

Case and hardware except the motherboard off curse witch

succeded after first montage/exchange.The problem´s is that the ultra board I

exchanged with leaves my with a 375Mhz bandwidht and it´s 400Mhz 2 giga

sticks.

So I got another motherboard(Brand new)to put all the leftovers in and build

a new

and buy her´s OEM.It´s AM2 AMD´s maybe that board gives 400Mhz it´s my dayly

use computer so it means a lot while heat is on....the Internet and gaming.

Although I've never had your problem, I recently updated my memory on my

Vista OEM computer and that started to ask for activation again. When I

tried via the normal internet option it refused and asked me to phone their

activation number which I did. I explained it was the same computer and I

had simply upgraded the RAM and they had no problem issuing me with a new

number.

Replacing a MOBO is considered a new computer by Microsoft, but if the

current MOBO is being replaced because it is not working, and not to upgrade

from a working board to a newer more functional board it can be explained

and is an exception.

Thank´s alot.

Now I can relax a little about that.

The board is trashed and replaced.

If any requirement of phone call to representative

Microsoft operator,I will explain him the incident and

wait for further instruction, furthermore I will make a Genuie

Check. And consider this case solved until further notice.

Thanks to all..

Best regards
