I am using Windows Vista Premium on a new laptop with a factor install. Ever

since I got the machine, I get a frequent error message when I try to access

web sites or web content (all kinds of sites accessed through IE7 or AOL

broadband). The message is really annoying because, in most cases, it does

not stop you from loading the content, after you say "no" to the question "do

you want to debug". In SOME cases, it will NOT load the content even after

you say you do not wish to debug.

I want to suppress this message (it obviously serves NO purpose as it

appears regardless of the secured content or location. It usually happens

when a picture or other content (sometimes in a frame) tries to load. Any

ideas? Here is the text of the error message:

"A runtime error has occurred. Do you wish to debug?

Line 266

Error: Permission Denied"

Any help would be most appreciated.
