Start program as Administrator

Hello,

I have Windows XP Pro with 2 useres: Administrator and a Player. I have

installed the programs as administrator and want to use as Player.

However some program requireas admin rights to work properly.

I know I can execute it as admin, but in this case it always requires to

enter admin password. Is there any sollution to set to run program as

admin by default and save the password as well?

It would be nice if the Player would not know the admin password.
