Parental Conrtrols Service Doesn't Start

At some point the parental controls service stopped running at start up.

When I start the service from the control panel manually, it still doesn't

start. I start it from the account with adminstrator rights. Did one of the

windows updates break this feature? I can't find any information on this

problem anywhere. Does anyone have any clues where to start looking?
