Posted March 19, 200915 yr Hi all, Newbie here, not sure if this is the right area to post this thread, but, I have a problem. Installed 2008 Datacenter edition, the installation went fine. After the install it keeps on nagging about activation. Activation fails every time. This is a genuine Windows Server with MSDN licensing. How do I bring up the activation window? I can't find it any where? furthermore how can I activate the server, (specific steps, please) Thanks, _admin_
March 19, 200915 yr FPCH Admin If you can't activate them more than likely it was activated before on another box. Have you tried calling Microsoft to do activation that way? Off Topic Forum - Unlike the Rest
