When shutting down my laptop, I get the message that a single step exception

has occurred with tscd_win32.exe. My choices are to click OK to terminate or

Cancel. Whether I click a button or not, the computer still shuts down so it

doesn't matter what I click. My question is, I looked up the filename and it

says it is part of the NTRU Cryptosystems TSS program. I looked in

Add/Remove Programs to try and remove it, but nothing like that is listed

there. Is this file a part of a Windows update or some other program? I'd

like to remove it so I can get rid of this error when I shut down. Thank you

in advance for your help!
