Guest Jørn Schou-Rode Posted October 24, 2007 Posted October 24, 2007 Hi all, I am running Windows XP Pro SP2 on my laptop (Thinkpad T60p), with the "Windows Classic"-theme. Every now and then when I boot the computer - I have not yet figured out any pattern - something causes Windows to apply the blueish WinXP look to windows and system taskbar. When I open My Computer > Properties > Advanced > Performance Options, a check mark has appeared at the "Use visual styles on windows and buttons" option. When I clear the check box, everything is back to normal, but a few days later its magically turned on again as i boot the computer. This is my third laptop running XP Pro SP2, and I have never met this problem before. Does anyone have a clue what is going on here? Thanks in advance! -- Jørn Schou-Rode Denmark Quote
