Local policy keeps removing users

Hey, on my computer (winxp pro, no domain) local policy keep clearning

out users. The policy is: Local Policies > User Rights Assignment >

Access this computer from the network. The system keeps removing all

users so I cannot access the computer from the network. I did a policy

audit and it appears to be that the computer account computername$

removes policy users. Is there a way to know what process initializes

this? Or a way to stop it? Bugs me every time I have to add users back

in order to access the computer. Anybody have any ideas?
