Posted October 19, 200717 yr hi, when i try to burn a cd from media player i get the message "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while burning the file to the disc. For additional assistance, click Web Help." There is nothing wrong with the cds and have tried diffrent brands. Thinks its definetly something wrong with the media player or maybe a problem with the drive used to write the cds. The drive is the one that was included in the pc mwhen bought. Any ideas PLEASE. loads of music but cant burn anything!!! Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.
