stunna Posted February 23, 2009 Posted February 23, 2009 I want to offer Windows Remote destop hosting and I want to understand a couple things. I plan on creating standard user accounts for each user. And then give them Remote desktop access. Now my questions: Is there a way to limit # of programs to let them run, or assign them a cpu/ram limit? What are the security measures if I offer these kind of hosting? Quote
FPCH Admin AWS Posted February 23, 2009 FPCH Admin Posted February 23, 2009 Users that you create will only be able to run the programs you allow them to run. User accounts are fairly limited out of the box. Keep in mind you can only have 2 users connected at one time with RDP. You'll have to setup the server for VPN and buy the appropriate number of CALS.
