problems installing a program called EXText Client 6.406.133.0a

I am installing a program labled "Dictaphone EXText Client

Installation/Upgrade" for work. Every time I try to install it brings up an

error "EXTextClient Setup X A appropiate version of Winword wasn't found to

be installed or installed correctly, setup cannot continue." I am wondering

if you can help me. I tried re-installing everything (os and software) from

a freshly formated hard drive. I have tried diagnostic software. I have

tried looking it up online (I don't know if I am looking in the right place

though). I went out and purchaced microsoft office 2007, thinking the word

program was mabey what it was talking about. All I realy know how to do on a

computer is install/reinstall and use diagnostic software to fix any of my

problems. I would appriciate a prompt reply
