Language Bar Problem

After many years with no problem in the Language bar the following problem

appeared: I have two languages (EN and GR(Greek)). One day when I started the

PC the language bar did not appeared despite the fact that the Language Bar

line was checked. Deselecting and selecting again the Language Bar line, the

box appeared but the languages were not changing (from mouse or key

sequence). I tried many things like Adding or Removing the languages from

Control Panel Regional Options but nothing works. If I make GR as primary

language then the second one EN appears but with the same problem. I select

it and the system remains at GR
