When I try to explore by either double clicking or right clicking on My

Computer to browse my drives the system hangs up on me (not responding). I

have recently upgraded to Office 2007, but I have also done some Windows

updates.

 

How do I troubleshoot this? I am lost. I tried to search for others with

same problem but only see KB911562 update as causing this (not related to

office 2007) and that was from back in April. Can't even find this update on

my system (in Add remove programs) or I would remove this. Should I just

start removing updates first and see what happens?

 

HELP!
