Fix Blue Screen Crash

I'm not a techy and the only reason you could be reading this is that

you're not a techy also but you have a "Blue Screen Error" crash that

happens whenever you do the following:

1) Loading Microsoft Windows

2) Loading Microsoft Excel

3) Using a Tally software

4) You moved your mouse

Its also know as the Blue Screen of Death, where the entire computer

screen turns blue, and asks if you have installed any new hardware or
