Posted October 4, 200717 yr At the Welcome screen, the password can be typed in to either of the two user accounts. However, for one user, the keyboard will not type at all. For the other user, the keyboard works correctly. The only thing in the faulty user's startup menu is desktop.ini. Where else are items specific for the user loaded from? -- Doug
