WMP 11 is outdated, dummy.

And BTW, been looking into those English classes yet? Just FYI

How is Vista NOT fun compared to XP? You get all those fancy Aero effects,

second only to Beryl!

How is that possible? Do you own Bill's website's server(s)? If so, don't

those cost money? Sometimes, even, A LOT of money? Couldn't you just delete

his website and sell the space to someone else? And BTW, how can multiple

servers fit in one trash bin? Maybe <i>one</i> could fit into a garbage CAN,

but a trash bin would definately be too small. So, in conclusion, don't be a

server waster.

I have had a good experience with Vista so far. The blue screens upon

startup...meh. They'll get fixed eventually. Not necessarily MS's fault.

There, I was honest. Hooray.

Besides, you're not supposed to tell people that the pre-RTM beta sucks. Of

course it does! It's unfinished!

The truth about Vista is it sucks. The more you use it, the more

obvious that becomes. Only dullards, hopeless Microsoft butt kissers

and just plain fools think Vista is wonderful. A prime example of the

type of people that think you can't do better than Vista is Frank, the

newsgroup moron and official buffoon in residence.

What does that suggest?

Exactly! I HATE SOOPERYACHTS! I HATE HOUSES! I HATE etc, etc.

Nope. You are overly-opinionated. We use Vista because IT WORKS for us.

You can't seem to comprehend that, can you? Read my siggy:

It doesn't work well for others. Your point?

>You can't seem to comprehend that, can you?

Obviously you can't comprehend your experience isn't shared by many.

Accordingly you come across as a simpleton since you have an overly

simplistic view of the world.

I have discovered that those not experiencing problems with Windows

regardless of version limit their use of their computers to simplistic

tasks. Accordingly they rarely experience issues. Those that use their

computers more intensively logically will get exposed to more failing

embedded within Windows in a vain similar to a surgeon that limits his

practice to simple out patient surgery won't encounter life threating

complications as often as surgeons that perform difficult brain or

open heart surgery will.

It all boils down to HOW you use Windows. If you're a light weight

user, Vista scrapes by. If you're a serious user, lots of luck. Your,

odds of running into all kinds of issues increases markedly the harder

you push Windows, more so if you frequently multitask. This is one

issue shared by all versions of Windows, Vista included. Under load,

Windows tends to crash and do weird things more often.

I dont know why you even posted that. No one cares if you think vista sucks.

Its great for me. Go post somewhere else thats not in Microsoft communites.

Then you confirm you're just a light weight that's not in the least

concerned about anything beyond you own little world. Pathetic and

you're a top posting fool besides. In other words, a typical Microsoft

Um, "Microsoft communities" don't exist, sorry. You're posting to Usenet

which is a tad bigger than MS' Usenet servers. I know your Windows Fail

newsreader says "Microsoft communities" but that's a misnomer, a LIE.

make the other 2 million of them run that far...

and it certainly didn't make it a good vehicle. But some people liked them!

Everything is so different and more difficult. I have been using computers

Something as easy as right clicking in Excel to print a document, is now

Not really. It's different because you're not use to it. Certainly not

more difficult.

Mess? What "mess" are you referring to?

Uhhh...excel is a part of Microsoft Office, not Vista.

Now I have to go up to an icon and click on it.

That's funny...seeing as how I can right click on any document and print

it while in Vista.

It is obvious that Apple (hardware and software) costs more than Windows

so I can understand that they are happy and that is not to say that the

more something costs the happier they should be. That does not hold

water since Ubuntu and Linux users regardless of the distro are happier

then Windoze users and the cost is well there is none.

Been away for while. Good to see that Frank's still taking care of the

lame Vista bashers who can't take that things actually works better in

Vista because they have to do a few things a little differently.

Keep at it Frank! I was a Linux user, Mac OS X user, OS2 user but hafta

say Vista is right up there, and in some respects miles ahead, of the

best of them! My HP laptop with Vista Ultimate is the best thing I've

had to work with since I discovered I was male :)

I'm glad that you're glad to see him.

I'm kinda new here and I got tired of all his troll-feeding posts, and

his quotes of the trolls' posts.

Removing him AND them has cut down considerably on the number of

messages in this group I am presented with every day.

Well, since I'm not here all the time Frank is refreshing. I think I

could take quite a big dose of him. At least he's better than all the

"Vista sucks because it sucks so bad" posts around here. One of the

reasons I am not here much is because my OS works. Took the time to get

it working coz I had to. I depend on a stable OS for work, and right

now Vista is it! :) Saying stuff like this around here seems to give

some people seizures. Wonder why since it's a Vista news group where we

are supposed to help each other to make things work, not lash out when

we're not able to :)

Fewer posts to read is a good thing though, I have to give you that.. :)

Balmer figured he couldn't please everybody, so he'd just please himself.

Fortunately, there are mouse-button re-mapping tools so you can customize
