I'm having issues with XP and Vista seeing each other on my network.

Sometimes one system can see the other, but usually they cannot. Even when

they can see each other, once they were able to transfer files but since then

(without changing settings) the access is denied. I tried the suggestions

offered here:

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.mspx?pg=3&lang=en&cr=US&guid=&sloc=en-us&dg=microsoft.public.windows.vista.networking_sharing&fltr= but am not having any luck.

In the past, I had two systems on my network: XP (SP 2) and Windows 98 (SE)

and they were fine for sharing stuff. Having removed the 98 SE system and

replaced it with my new Vista Home Premium (64-Bit) system, I cannot seem to

network the two.

I have a genuine copy of 98 Second Edition which is not being used on any

system. I'd like to set up my Vista system to dual boot. I don't transfer

documents, video's or music often, so booting up in 98 is probably less of a

pain then continuing to get Vista and XP to see each other I know XP and 98

network easily.

How would I go about putting 98 onto my vista system?
