Publishing VS2005 websites to Windows 2003R2 64bit OS

I just bought a new server and installed Windows 2003R2 64. I then moved all

of the websites over to the new server and managed to get them all working

properly. My problem is that I wish to update a few sites and I can't connect

with VS2005. I keep getting the error about FrontPage extensions not being

installed. It seems that Microsoft has discontinued the Frontpage extensions

for this version of the OS and I am ok with that, but how can I get VS2005 to

connect to this server to make changes to the sites? I know I could setup FTP

but I would only set that up if it's the only way.
