repeted crash

My new Vista suffers among other things of frequent crashes and other

problems. When I try to understand the reasons I am invited to read such

reasons in one language. But whatever language I choose the answer is always

that it the connection was not possible. Yet my normal connections with

internet are always ok.

Can someone help? Thank you
