Many experts have predicted that Windows 8 will be released in three year’s time after the release of Windows 7, which would suggest a release in the last quarter of 2012 in the most important markets. Hugh Posted October 30, 2010 Posted October 30, 2010 I doubt it will be 2 years. Windows 7 is very stable and a nice upgrade for XP users. Why release a new OS 3 years after it's original release? From what I hear Windows 8 is going to be something completely different from what we are used to seeing in an operating system. Quote
