I am trying to backup my computer to a series of DVDs, but every time I try

to, an error message comes up after the first disc has been burning for a

couple of minutes. I think it is because the DVD burner is slightly old and

does not have any new drivers. I have a 300 GB hard drive, but I am

currently only using 70 GB of it. If I were to add an old 20 GB internal

hard drive, would I be able to backup to that or is it too small?

Basically, what I am asking is how big is the backup compared to the size of

data on the computer? Is every file copied, or only a specific percentage?
