Windows 11 - Error Code 0xd0000225 and Microsoft Account Down

I have a Thinkpad X1 and have never had any trouble with it. This past week my computer updated over night and the next morning when I tried to log in it said I couldn’t use my Face ID and that I must use my Pin. I typed in my pin and it popped up with Error code 0xd0000225. I tried logging in with my password to my Microsoft account but it said incorrect password. After this I went on my phone to Authenticator and logged in with that same password (meaning I had the correct password), but also that account is grey on the Authenticator app. I still get emails through that account so I don’t kn
