My PC occasionally freezes up for a second or two and then continues normally again. The audio distorts during these stutters, and the framerate obviously drops to about 0. This happens both during both general tasks and gaming.I'll attach a video for you to better understand the problem, the stutter occurs at around 7 seconds into the video.
