Posted December 1, 2024Dec 1 FPCH Admin The mouse works but not any keyboards, I’ve tried multiple keyboards and none work, only volume buttons and similar. Please help, I’ve reset the cmos battery and factory reset windows! I can provide more details if you need but the motherboard is a B550 MXC pro. Also I’ve noticed that when I boot up the pc a black screen shows the firmware version and says “device not found” in the device manager, it shows up as 5 unknown keyboards and I’m unable to update them, I’ve installed a driver updating software and every time, it rejects the install.
