Posted December 1, 2024Dec 1 FPCH Admin Since yesterday, my pc becomes a black screen after I login. My mouse works while in the black screen and I can press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open task manager. When i press Ctrl + Alt + Del, a menu shows up. The menu has Lock, Switch user, Sign out, and Task Manager. There is also the power off button with Sleep, Shut down, and Restart.I've tried rebooting it multiple times.Running explorer.exe via task manager.I've enabled safe mode via Startup Settings.Safe Mode won't open.I waited for two hours and it is still a black screen.I was able to fix it yesterday by starting up the pc while holding Read More...
