Windows 11 - HDD works OK in docking station but NOT when installed internally

I have transferred files from one (Windows 10) PC to an 8TB HDD using a SABRENT docking station via a USB port. When attached to another (Windows 11) PC with that docking station using a USB port, that drive then appears in File Explorer and the files can be read. However, when I install that same HDD in the second PC, it is not shown in File Explorer. Windows Disk Management shows a 2TB Healthy (GPT Protective) Partition, plus another Unallocated 5TB. Moreover, right-clicking on either of those areas produces a menu with all the options grayed out (except for "Help"). How can I use that HDD
