Windows 11 - Sound different after every Windows 11 shutdown/restart.

Hey, all. I recently got a new computer with Windows 11, and every time I restart or shutdown the thing- the audio changes. The slider or volume meter doesn't, but rather- it's louder or quieter. 30? Normal volume, but after turning my computer off- it's suddenly a little too quiet. Change it over to roughly 50, and it's adequate volume. Another shutdown? Wow, suddenly it's too loud, and I'd prefer to have it at roughly 30 again. It's gotten a little irritating.
