Windows 11 - My USB ports keeping connecting and disconnecting on Windows 11

I updated to Windows 11 several months ago on my laptop. Over the past several months, I have had no issues whatsoever, but over the past 2 weeks, all three of my USB ports have stopped working. When connecting any device (USB drive, mouse, keyboard) to any of the USB ports, the device will continue to connect and disconnect with associated chime if volume is on.
