Windows 11 - Stuttering and Freezing while playing games

Hey,Recently, I've been getting some stuttering, freezing, and frames drops while playing games on my computer, and it wasn't a problem a while ago (when I used to play games before this happended, it was fine. But now, there's some unexpected stuttering and even the FPS doesn't "cap" to it's max capacity).The only possible "outcome", that I tried to figured out, to this problem, was the multiple BSOD that I got because of my GPU driver being outdated.Now, my question is, how can I check if, whether or not, it's a component problem (CPU/GPU/RAM/Power Supply are failling for exemple) or a "soft
