Windows 11 - File Explorer, Settings, etc. are not working AT ALL.

File Explorer does not work for me at all since 2 weeks ago. It does not launch at boot except that it shows up in Task Manager under "Windows processes" using 3.2 MB of memory. Killing it then running explorer from Task Manager does nothing. Windows + I for Settings gives me this dialog. Likewise, I have no taskbar and I am switching windows with Alt + Tab.So far I have tried:Chkdsk, no problems.Repairing using DSIM which said there were corrupted files that it fixed, but nothing changed.Uninstalling recent updates, which does not seem to even work.
