Windows 11 - Microsoft OneDrive not loading files to new pc

For the life of me I can’t get OneDrive to work properly. I upgrade pcs fairly often and always have issues trying to sync to the new pc. I sign in, and sync begins and completes but my files do not show on the new pc. I’ve only had a couple times where a new pc pulled all files over to the desktop with no issues. I have tried unlinking pc, resetting and uninstalling/reinstalling onedrive, reformatting my pc. Nothing works and it’s really irritating.
