Windows 11 - Subwoofer works in Windows Test but won't pick up bass otherwise

Hi,I'm really confused. I'm having a LG SC9S soundbar set up with my LG C2 plugged on the E-ARC/ARC port.My PC, with a 3080 Graphics card, is plugged via the HDMI port of my TV. All drivers are up to dateI went in the Manage Audio Devices settings to set up Dolby Atmos as Audio Channel. (I downloaded the Dolby Access app and everything.)Now when testing on this very window the various channels I have no issues. All channels emit a sound when clicked on.However when testing the channels while watching a video, No sounds on the subwoofer. The rest is fine.I tried multiple videos and same is
