Windows 11 - I can't reinstall discord because of a file named update in my startup whivch can only be seen in task manager. and cannot be acessed or deleted please help.

I was trying to stop discord from starting up so i went to startup apps and stopped it. It started bugging so i chose to just delete it and reinstall it. i went to the file where i found a bunch of things and I deleted them because they were not letting me uninstall it. Ithink some of those things were important because after i deleted all of the things i was left with and "Update" i can see this file on startup in my task manager but i cant seem to get rid of it and i think it is preventing me from reinstalling discord as when i go to Microsoft store it says it is already installed.
