Posted November 27, 2024Nov 27 FPCH Admin My Windows 11 desktop is exhibiting very strange scrolling and cursor behavior. When I try to scroll on a web page or type on a document or a spreadsheet the cursor or pointer keeps jumping back to the top of the page or the beginning of the sentence. I verified updated drivers on my mouse, then installed a new mouse, to no avail. I did a system restore to undo the latest Windows update but that didn't help. I did a thorough virus scan.
