Posted November 27, 2024Nov 27 FPCH Admin I had a problem with my hitman pro software. A technician from Hitman pro accessed my computer (with my agreement) and ran some scan and told me that I would need to renew my windows 11 and firewall. He showed me costs for both. I told him I would check back. My computer was purchased over a year ago and came with windows 11 installed. I have been told that Microsoft does not charge for a renewal license for either if the computer already had them installed. Was this a scam or do I need to renew my windows 11 license and firewall.
